Carol's Black Dog Institute Podcasts

Expert Insights

So I moonlight as a podcast host/moderator for the Black Dog Institute's Expert Insights when I'm not seeing clients. On one hand, it's a great privilege to pick the brain of experts covering the latest research, practice, and practical tips in the field of mental health. On the other hand, I freak out every month because it's a rather nerve-wrecking experience to front up to leaders in the field as well as a live audience. While these podcasts are pitched for health professionals, some of the content is also interesting for the general public. I hope you enjoy them!
